Portia is a big, beautiful golden mix with a soft, easy-going spirit. Just one look at her happy face and gently wagging tail, and you can see exactly what a kind soul she is. This lovely girl is calm, quiet, and content to take life at a relaxed pace. She enjoys being near people without demanding attention, offering a peaceful, steady presence that makes her such a comforting companion. Portia also has the cutest way to ask for more treats by offering a little play bow. Portia has not quite figured out what toys are yet, but we hope that once she is in a home, she will find joy in her own toy basket. Due to arthritis in her knee and hip dysplasia, Portia is looking for a home without stairs.
